Our Team
Around 15 dedicated volunteers, giving their time to save lives in our community.
Trent District Community First Responders is a team of around 15 dedicated volunteers who respond to 999 emergency calls on behalf of East Midlands Ambulance Service. Many of our members balance this life-saving work with their own careers and family commitments, all with the shared goal of giving back to their local communities and supporting the NHS.
Our base is at West Bridgford Fire & Police Station, where our dedicated responder vehicle is housed. We are extremely grateful to Nottinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service for generously providing these facilities free of charge to support our small charity.
We carry out regular monthly training and complete our annual requalification with East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS) at the station to ensure our skills remain current and effective.
